No Refunds: All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased. Digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
Accurate Descriptions: We provide clear details and previews so you can confirm suitability before purchase.
Quality Assurance: If you experience a technical issue with a download, email hello@craftihive.com and we’ll help you access your files.
2. Magazine Subscriptions (Print)
Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel future renewals at any time. Your current paid term will continue until its end; we do not issue partial refunds for issues already dispatched.
Address Changes: Please update your account promptly to avoid delivery issues.
3. Physical Products (Kits, Needles & Other Goods)
14-Day Returns: Unused, unopened physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Return Shipping: Unless an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, the buyer covers return postage.
